Two signals this week

  1. The EU Inc initiative is set to change how European startups incorporate, operate cross-border, and issue equity, removing some of the 27-legal-system friction that has held founders back for years.
  2. A first wave of AI has focused on automating existing processes. The more interesting question is whether a second wave is beginning to take on harder, real-world problems. For European founders, that shift in ambition is worth paying attention to.
