Before joining Brighteye, Ghita worked as a VC Associate at Opera Tech Ventures (BNP Paribas) and prior to that was a Strategy and Operations Manager at the fintech scale-up Silvr. A graduate of ESSEC Business School, she also holds a strong background in Finance and Entrepreneurship.

Head of Platform and Research

Previously Director of Comms and Engagement at the Education Policy Institute (UK). He was EPI's Edtech lead, forming policy and research papers with partners (e.g. Apple, OECD).

Partner

Operational and consultancy background. Previously ran the marketing efforts at a leading healthcare startup in Mexico, and worked as a management consultant in LATAM. Involved in 40+ investments.

Investor Management

Prior to joining Brighteye, Bissan served as an Investor Relations Manager at a Fund of Funds in Germany. She holds a degree from the London School of Economics and brings experience in international fundraising and entrepreneurship.

Head of Finance

Accountant and finance lead for 10+ years, started as a Big4 auditor, worked at a top 3 European bank and in a fintech startup helping to clinch €40m in early stage funding.
